I read the articles and they were interesting. I think TIME made a good choice this year.

They have had groups of people or strange things like the computers as 'Person of the Year' before.
In 1960 the US scientists' were appointed 'Persons of the Year', and in 1975 it was the American women's turn. In 1950 they appointed the American Fighting-Man 'Person of the Year', which ressembles this year's choice. Yes, I hope Beor will enjoy being the Person of the Year

The gal in the middle is from my small town here in Indiana. She graduated from my daughter's High School in 1997. She's a trauma medic. She's 26 now.
