Bands you've seen . . .

Inspired by my recent purchase of IRON MAIDEN tickets, I've decided to make a thread dedicated to all the shows you have went to and all the bands seen. So let's hear 'em!

I've been to many metal shows in local NJ concert halls and have seen the following, . . .

Nile
Hate Eternal
Arch Enemy (twice)
Dark Tranquility
Killswitch Engaged
Sentenced
In Flames
The Misfits on various occasions

I had a chance to see Blind Guardian and SymphonyX play together but like an idiot I missed it
Mostly I can't wait to see Iron Maiden.

I had a thread a while back called Live concerts (or something like that! I can NEVER remember exact names!) I've seen so many shows I couldnt begin to remember one third of them. I'm pretty sure I've seen The Kinks the most times...seven, (a boyfriend was a fanatic) with Springsteen second...five, yumm! First concert was Alice Cooper in 72, last was hmmm..I guess Dwight Yokum in 91 or so. Late 70's early 80's new wave, rockabilly and punk bands in small clubs were the best shows! The Straycats were so great! Ramones always a total blast, those GoGo's were mighty cute, and so on! Anyway maybe you could merge the threads, or at least check the old one out!

I think I will, I don't remember that thread and my search came up blank. Well I'll see if I can bump it up. At least when I find it.

No biggie! Out of curiosity, how much did your Iron Maiden tix cost? I remember concert tix costing $5.50 to $7.50 for the longest time. One reason I stopped going (besides the fact that I'm an old fart! ) was the price for shows jumped up so high! Is it worth it?

A friend asked me to go see RHCP last year (ahahahahahaha ) and the same friend also asked me to go see Ben Harper this year, one of the only 'musicians' that i think are worse than RHCP. (mind you i wish i went to scream insults at him, he played One Love at the end, what a wanker )
YIPEEEE i am going to see Marilyn Manson at the end of the year
