The Teacup Café XV
Welcome Fellow Mooters! Please enjoy this the Fifteenth refurbishing of The Teacup Cafe, founded by the illustrious Nurvingiel, our esteemed Vice President. Often enough you'll have to forgive the clamor of this place; realize that it is completely normal for The Teacup to be rowdy, and even dangerous. Management asks you NOT to draw from the "Well" just outside. Enjoy the beverages, pastries, and please pay no attention to the useless toilet behind the entrance door.

Jeeze, Louise, babel, babel, and no one has made coffee, tea or anything
leaves cafe-comes back in with large silver tray stacked high with fresh baked goods and puts them on the counter. .....goes to the corner and gets Starbucks coffee from the cupboard and brews some. .....now, takes his fresh brewed coffee and a cheese danish, to the corner lounge and puts his feet up......

I believe the word you are looking for is "babble."
Babel can refer to either the Tower of Babel (made to unite all peoples, but destroyed by God [what a jerk] who then created all the different languages) or the Babel fish which is an instant translator. |
