26 today.
Yup, it's official - I'm old.
Oh well. Guess I'll go see LotR again this week sometime to celebrate! Is it still on in America? I think it's still like #3 or something over here in the earnings so it's obviously still rocking! |

In some places it's still in theaters. Happy Birthday! And 26 is NOT old! 80 is old, but not 26.

In a row?
Seems like every damn year another birthday comes along. I wish I was born on February the 29th - it would make my life much easier here if I just said I was 6 1/2 - from what I like it's much more likely |

*emplynx wanders in and yells, "SHUT UP AND STOP TAKING MY JOB!", then calms down and wishs Gerbil happy birthday. emplynx then cries because LotR: FotR isn't in his local theater.

When I hit 25, I thought "Oh ****, I'm closer to 30 than 20 now"
One more year and I'll be saying the same thing about 40. EDIT: I didn't know "cr*p" was a bad word here. Sorry. Last edited by Smaug : 02-28-2002 at 01:36 AM. |

Happy completed orbit, Gerbil. In answer to your questions: 1. Yep, I am married (actually met my wife on my 26th birthday). 2. Helped raise her two daughters who are now 23 and 21 years old. And this May I will be "the answer to the meaning of life." If you know your Douglas Adams then you know the number.
Cheers to you.
