Dwarvin Rings?
The book says all the Dwarvin Rings are "accounted for". Does that mean there lost or destroyed. And if there destroyed was it the balrog or something else?

Four were destroyed by dragonfire and three Sauron got back. Remember Thrain's ill fated journey. He was the possesor of the last of the seven.
And remember the ofer to Dain Ironfoot that he would get three Rings which the Dwarves had have of old if he would deliver the on. Regrads Findegil |

Wasn't Saruman's ring one of the dwarf rings?

No, it could not have been. Four were destroyed and three were with Sauron. Saruman probably made his own Ring as he called himself Ring-maker.
