There have been many off topic arguments in other threads about this. So I figured we should eliminate that. If I may explain, first SGH told me we were married at least a year and a half ago. (results of too much Miruvor one night)
Then Ruinel "Finrod's One True Love" appeared, so I married her, because she's my true love.

...But isn't it true that 'Sister Golden Hair' is in fact, a psuedonym for Galadriel, who was Finrod Felagund's younger sister? That means that /this/ character *points to FF* is claiming to have had an incestuous relationship with his sister. Ech!

On the other hand, it's well attested that elves can can sense or otherwise detect whether or not another member of their race is married. This being the case, the fact that the people involved here did not immediately sense who was married to who means that either they're not elves or they're not married.

But, oh no, there's more. Since the /real/ Finrod Felagund died and returned to Aman, oh *checks watch* /five ages ago/, I'm sure he has long since taken up with Amarie again. In fact, he sent this post card. *hands over a postcard of Finrod on the beach*. Now, we all know that elves, except under extenuating circumstances, begin to produce offspring in the centuries immediately following their marraige, and thereafter lose their sex drive, and also that they turn to other interests (other than sex, that is) after the children have been raised. What this means is that even /if/ Finrod was ever of an inclination to shack up with either one of you, he's probably long since lost any taste he had for that sort of thing.
