I met Michael Richards (Kramer from Seinfeld) after a show he did in London.
I also got what my friends call 'official recognition' from Bruce Springsteen. Woo!

Just missed meeting Robert Redford week before last. We did use the same bathroom though.

I met Pres. Bush''s cousin a few days ago. Betsy Walker Field. She had a bush-ish kind of look to her.

My town is kind of a tourist trap and many famous people come. Recent ones were Ben Afflec, Donald Rumsfield (he has a vacation house in the area), another actor whose name escapes me at the moment, and Harold Banes (he lives in town). This summer a movie was filmed in town and all of the stars who were in the movie hung around (the movie is called The Wedding Crashers and hasn't been released yet). It's kind of wierd because if you're sitting in town its not too uncommon for some person to walk by and your friend will say something like, "There goes Ben Afflec". I think the famous people like the town because we don't make a big deal out of them coming. I'm not sure how many I've met because I wouldn't recognize most of them. (I don't watch many movies or TV.) I've probably met a few because I work at a museum in town and see about a million tourists every day.

Depends on who you think is famous.
I've met a bunch of "famous" people.... Can't think of all of them at the moment though. Off top of my head: I've met the keyboardist of Bon Jovi. He went to the same temple that I went to and he used to blow the shofar. :P I've met a ton of Jazz musicians famous in the Jazz World, but many of you would probably not know them.

I find it funny that you list the Prince of Wales toward the bottom of the list. He's the only one I've heard of.

Had dinner right next to Rod Stewart the other night; he was standing at the bar with his entourage, waiting to be seated for dinner - he caught me eyeballing him and gave me a really nice, genuine smile!
