Hi...been a while since my last visit! It has been awhile since I have read "There and Back Again"...is Radagast even mentioned in that book?

I doubt it - I don't think Tolkien had invented him yet by the time he wrote the Hobbit.
But I don't mind including him in the expanded version, where you see more of the doings of the White Council and such. He could have been included differently, though.

Radagast was mentioned once in The Hobbit. Gandalf used him as a reference to gain Beorn’s trust when he and Bilbo first met Beorn in this passage from the chapter “Queer Lodgings”:
