there's two different versions of Sting there... I like the first one better but I like the fact that the other one has a sheath available for it.... I wonder if the the sheath would fit the other Sting
Glamdring is nice... though it was actually in the movie per se because I didn't see any glowing action there the Witch King's sword was very nice I like the crown thingy on the end of the hilt

what are you going to do with a flaming great sword?
i admit, i have *cough* been to the website and before i went to this thread but i never seriously considered getting one, mainly coz i have no money. really want a sword!!!!!!!! what was my point again.......

What would I do with a sword? No offense, but stupid question! Learn to kill people (In theory only...=/) or practice sword forms (sorry, Wheel of Time thing there) or just look at it, or polish it, or read all the elvish on it, or show it off to your friends, or use it to scare off door-to-door salesmen, or dress up as an elf and wander around the city with it...

I want a sword!
I went to the Robin Hood experience in Nottingham and you could buy swords from movies. I wanted the one that had been used in Hercules, but parents were not willing to part with several hundred pounds. How inconsiderate! Should point out that that was sarcasm, and I'm not actually that spoilt. Realise you could work that out for yourselves, but need to be sure. Do not want hate mail or similar. Although if I had a sword I mite b tempted to use it, so maybe it's a good thing they stood firm... ~Fae

Am becoming disenchanted with palantir guy. Refuses to send me photo, except of one v. large eyeball. Says he is shy but I rather suspect he is fat, or perhaps hairy. Have heard some v. bad stories about palantir relationships. Should probably cool it for a while. Well, wouldn't you know, palantir guy turned out to be Dark Lord of Mordor. Just my luck. Could have been worse, I guess. Sauron not far or hairy, just disembodied force of evil. Must go now, have to raise massive demon army to scourge the earth. Also, have manicure appointment. Is no easy task keeping nails pointy. Am tired of climbing up and down eight million stairs just to taunt Gandalf. Should have imprisoned him in easy-access dungeon where could taunt more effectively, and would not have to wait until after breakfast. Have crossed orcs with goblin men in caverns below Isengard. V. tedious experience as orcs and goblin men most reluctant to breed, even with dinner and flowers. Next time will try something easier, such as breeding goblins and cheerleaders to create super-perky army that can travel by day and will not complain about pink uniforms. Did not know when decided to make demon army for Sauron that would be so darn messy. Curse my decision to be Saruman the White. Should have decided to be Saruman the Muddy Brown, or Saruman the Faintly Greenish. White just shows all the slime. |
