Actors' quotes game
The idea for this thread was blatantly stolen from another forum.
Just identify which actor in one of the LOTR movies gave the quote. The source can be printed or electronic (tv, dvd, etc.) and preferably should relate in some way to the movie, their experience making the movie, interaction with those making the movie, etc. So here's the first, I expect a very easy one: "A lot of people don't realize that The Lord of the Rings is Sauron. Who else could it be? He didn't make all the rings. He made one ring personally which rules all the others, the ones that were given to the dwarves, to the elves, to mortal men and so on. But he made the One Ring."

Correct. I thought I'd give him a mention since he was disrespected by PJ in ROTK.
Your turn.

Oo!
This may be equally easy, but I won't say what they're comparing it to at least: "I'm looking at everything with a hieghtened sense of awareness. Even when i watch old Disney films, they have a different kind of meaning for me. So, I think in that sense, the movie is relevant, because it's such a powerful thing that has happened in the world, and this movie and these books speak to issues that are being talked about in a very serious way right now."

Is that by any chance Elijah Wood? Just kinda sounds like something he might say. Or Sean Astin?

Sean Astin is correct! He was relating the movies to 9/11. Your turn.

okeday, cool, lets see...
It is in one of the behind the scenes things, referring to the mirror that is covered in pictures. "I don't want to see what he is doing to me" *chuckles*

And as he stepped down from the doors the swans did him reverence, and plucking each a great feather from their wings they proffered them to him, laying their long necks upon the stone before his feet; and he took the seven feathers and set them in the crest of his helm, and straightway the swans arose and flew north in the sunset, and Tuor saw them no more.' -Of Tuor and his Coming to Gondolin "Oh. Here goes:
"It’s the story about good people, a fellowship of good people, combining each with their own individual strengths and weaknesses to do the right thing by themselves and by the community and by Middle Earth. You don’t get to meet the villain; you never see Sauron. Tolkien’s not interested in him. He’s just a force, just an eye. I think people respond to that. And it’s not often you get to play a good person. I’ve been playing baddies all my life. He’s a good man and I particularly relish that."

I'm going to guess Sean Bean because I've seen him play the baddie in a few films.
