jkrowling.com
I'm sure most of you who post here already know this, but JK Rowling has just launched a new website this week.
It can be found at www.jkrowling.com

That link you posted was for the boring one, just a link of publishers. The better one is here: http://www.jkrowling.co.uk By the way, the text only is boring, but it's quicker and you don't need flash.
No offense or anything, crickhollow.

I like this website - though my computer's too slow for it
Interesting backstory on Theodore Nott and Dean Thomas. And Ginny's real name is Ginevra

Any thoughts on what she says about the opening chapter of Book 6 being an opening she considered for Philosopher's Stone? A more detailed flashback to what happened the night the Potters were killed, perhaps?

I dunno... last time I used that link, it was just a list of publishers, like before she changed it to be cool. But now, it's the better site. I'm just confused.... There was a difference. Mine was .co.uk, not .com

A kneazle... well, they're like cats. Crookshanks is half kneazle. So stuff like being loyal to Hermione, looking kind of weird, and distrustful are all kneazle blood showing.

Thank you Sirigorn ...but could you be a little more specific than "they are like cats"! Rowling hints that Crookshanks is half kneazle, so I assume it might be catlike. I guess I should check out that Fantastic Beasts book at the library.
It's funny, I was thoroughly convinced that Crookshanks was the "evil" creature terrorizing poor "good" Scabbers! That was a good one!

I can't find my copy of Fantastic Beasts, or I would give you a better answer...
I did say more then that they are "like cats". They look kind of strange, with a kinda squashed in head, are really loyal, and can kind of sense dishonesty. I might be a little off... that's all I remember.
