I couldn't figure that one out either...I wondered if the 'discord' might have been expessed in the contrast of warm and cool colours? But, then, others have that, as well...hmm.

no, look at the bottom right part - it's not symmetrical (at least the whole picture isn't anymore), and it's kind of marring/taking over the things next to it.
