This guy must have a lot of time on his hands, if he's following his neighbour around, photographing him, and reporting him to the council....
Later edit: This guy REALLY must have lots of time, if he can spend it peaking out from his curtains, and taking surreptitious pictures of said neighbour!!

I like the picture of the rock on the one-legged table.

Yeah, that and the "structure" are the most mysterious of all of them, they leave a lot for the imagination...
I thought the one about the karaoke party was pretty funny myself.

Don't you know that they had to be in Georgia. We don't have those here in Alabama. (At least not that bad)

Has nothing on my neighbour in my apartment block, who spends 24/7 hoicking big goobers of spit over the balcony. Most distracting, when you're trying to watch a movie, and all you can hear is: Hoick! Hoick! Ptchoiey, PLOP.

Some people just do not have a lick of common sense. At times it can be funny, but it's pretty annoying many other times.

I live in a small town in the middle of Kentucky. I know plenty of people that are stupid enough to be capable of doing something like that. Some people just don't seem to get it.

I know what you mean. Even in my little town we have neighborhoods that are, ahem, not the best. It's like the people don't care at all how their house looks.

It's called The Hive, and it's for Georgia Tech fans. He graduated from there. Where did you find it?
