Funny Euphemisms

Here is one I came across today.

Economically challenged urban outdoorsman" is the politically correct term for a homeless man.

She was kown as dernhelm because of her exclaimation when she realized that the rider's headgear was heavy and obscured her sight.

'Dern Helm"

Ahaha!! But what about homeless women!??! <joking!>

There is no way someone could use that term seriously (or be taken seriously).

As long as you're not being rude to the person, there's nothing wrong with saying someone is homeless.

What about cardiacally challenged? (For a dead guy! )

The first thing that came to mind was Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes not wishing to be referred to as a boy, but as a "chromosomally advantaged youth." Hobbes' response: "That might not catch on."

These are my favorite.
Why don't we put in the classic "vertically challenged" (short)?

Did you know that all orcs are "cosmetically unique"?

Anyone else know how the expression "for the birds" came about?

Before the days of automobiles, when dinosaurs roamed the Earth, I mean when horses pulled carriages through the streets , they used to just crap in the middle of the roads as they walked along, as animals do. Then birds would come and eat all the undigested grain. In other words, "for the birds" means "horse $hit."

*chuckles*

Anyway, that's my favorite euphemism.
