If you have heard Nightfall in Middle Earth (the album based on the Silmarillion) what would you consider the most meaningful song? I prefer Nightfall or Time stands Still myself.

I love the entire album, pretty much. If I had to pick out one track as my favorite, it'd probably be Nightfall. (although I haven't been able to listen to it in quite the same way after hearing someone's misheard version of the lyrics: 'Nightfall! Buy me a crumpet and change the song!' )
I also really like The Bard's Song, even though it's not really about the Silmarillion.

Nightfall, Time stands Still, Dead Winter reigns, and The Curse of Feanor stand out. I the the interlude between Morgoth and Sauron as well.
For book fans at least, I though the album would have been a bit better if the songs and interlube were in the order of the story, rather than mixed up.

Hey
I like Noldor, The Curse of Feanor, A Dark Passage, and Eldar most of all, but truthfully, all the songs are pretty good.

It's an amazing album, I personally like the way the tracks are ordered somewhat discontinuously; they flow in a way that makes each part seem darker and more hopeless than the last, concluding in a "nightfall" of Middle-Earth where Morgoth is at last, seemingly triumphant.
I wonder what the playlist looks like in chronological order though, I can't figure where The Eldar and Out on the Water would go. Edit: ^^ Disregard. It turns out the default listing order *is* the correct chronological order(durr). Except War of Wrath, but since it's the first track, it flows exactly the same way if you put that at the end.
