Cool Stuff....
I don't know if anyone else reads the stuff at the end of TRotK, but I found some really cool tidbits there(mostly about our beloved Sam ).First, after Sam wedded Rosie, they had 13 children(they are luuuucky). They were named Elanor, Frodo, Merry, Pippin, Primrose, Bilbo, Ruby, Robin, and Tom. Sam became mayor 7 times until the end of his office. Then Rosie died soon after, so Sam gave the Red Book to Elenor, and rode to the Sea, went to the Grey Havens and stayed there with Frodo
Pippin(the original )married Diamond of Long Cleeve, and their son was called Faramir. Aragorn(now Lord Elessar)made the Shire a Free Land, and at one point, gave the Star of the Dunadain to Sam, and Elanor was made a maid of honor to Queen Arwen. After all this, Legolas built a ship and sailed ''over the sea''(not to the Grey Havens), and Gimli went with him. O.K...last one.On page 45 of TTT(it may differ by books), Treebeard said,'Taurelilomea-tumbalemorna Tumbaletaurea Lomeanor. It means,'Forestmanyshadowed-deepvalleyblack Deepvalleyforested Gloomyland' Oooooohhhhhh.....my fingers...... If you can add anything to this list, please do!

We indeed have.
But Sam didn't stay at Gray Havens, nor was Frodo there, or ever had been, for long time. Gray Havens was the place where elvish ships set to leave Middle Earth for good, and sail to Valinor. Frodo stayed at isle of Tol Eressa near Valinor, though, but that already was part of Blessed Realm. Just to clear things a bit. But this I'll say, if one hasn't read the appendix, he hasn't understood the book. |

Didn't Sam go with Legolas and Gimli to Tol Erresawhatsit?

What happened to Frodo and Sam? I mean the notes at the end says that Sam went to the Havens but what then? When did they die? When did all the characters die? (Apart from Pippin and Merry- it tells you them)

I think eventually they would die in Valinor and have the same fate as men according to the will of Iluvitar. That is unknown.
