Life is short: go for it.
My problem: should I eat that last bit of chocolate, or torture my boyfriend?

I have a problem... I like this guy, and I have for a while now. I thought for a while that he might like me, but he found out I liked him and didn't do anything besides ignore me and act really mean towards me so apparently he didn't like me. But now one of my best friends likes him. And I'm pretty sure he likes her too. So I told my friend I didn't like him anymore, so it wouldn't cuase any fights or anything. But I still like him, so should I tell my friend I do? Or continue to like him and keep it to myself? Or find someone else I like and forget all about him? (If thats possible...)

Oh Sylvee!...... You've already told her, you don't like him, and if there is something between them, what you say or do isn't going to matter anyway. So, you did the right thing in the first place, by telling her you didn't like him. (By right thing, you have extracted yourself from a basically hopeless situation. You tried with him, it didn't work, now back off and save face.)
Forget about them, YOU need some good times, too! "Make it possible" Look at some other guys that have flirted with you in the past with a favorable new eye. It's pretty simple girls....Flirt with some fellows, see what response you get, pick one that acts interested. If none of your first batch of candidates respond, try a new batch. If you still get nothing, enjoy other things, (or) work on the beauty routine, (or) polish up your flirting techniques. If having a boyfriend is just a "status" thing for school, don't worry about it, you don't really need a boyfriend! But, if you really think you want a boyfriend, then you just have to keep looking till the right one comes along. Don't get "stuck" on one that's not working out! ("Almost" old ladies have lots of advice! )

Good advice Lizra! I think i need a slap somtimes when it comes to wanting a boyf. I go to a girls school and the boys school is on the other side of the road.
Next Problem: My friend had her bday last sunday. I asked her if she was doing anything and she said no. However on monday everone in our group was raving about her party. I feel really hurt by this as i thought we were friends. Should i tell her how i feel or just drop it and her as a friend?
