I love the sound of Quenya. I can speak very little of it, however as I cannot find a guide that spells out words phonetically, (e.g. Radagast, Ra-da-gast.) And now I've set my mind on Namarie, the longest Lord of the Rings Quenya poem.
There is little I can do, however, without knowing how to pronounce Quenya. Does anyone have any suggestions? Namarie runs as follows:- Ai! laurië lantar lassi súrinen, Ah! like gold fall the leaves in the wind, yéni únótimë ve rámar aldaron! long years numberless as the wings of trees! Yéni ve lintë yuldar avánier The long years have passed like swift draughts mi oromardi lissë-miruvóreva of the sweet mead in lofty halls Andúnë pella, Vardo tellumar beyond the West, beneath the blue vaults of Varda nu luini yassen tintilar i eleni wherein the stars tremble ómaryo airetári-lÃ*rinen. in the voice of her song, holy and queenly. SÃ* man i yulma nin enquantuva? Who now shall refill the cup for me? An sÃ* Tintallë Varda Oiolossëo For now the Kindler, Varda, the Queen of the stars, ve fanyar máryat Elentári ortanë from Mount Everwhite has uplifted her hands like clouds ar ilyë tier undulávë lumbulë and all paths are drowned deep in shadow; ar sindanóriello caita mornië and out of a grey country darkness lies i falmalinnar imbë met, on the foaming waves between us, ar hÃ*sië untúpa Calaciryo mÃ*ri oialë. and mist covers the jewels of Calacirya for ever. SÃ* vanwa ná, Rómello vanwa, Valimar! Now lost, lost to those of the East is Valimar! Namárië! Nai hiruvalyë Valimar! Farewell! Maybe thou shalt find Valimar! Nai elyë hiruva! Namárië! Maybe even thou shalt find it! Farewell!

I may, of course, be asking a bit much...

There is a Quenya course on the Ardalambion, that should help you lodes.
I'll attempt to do what you ask, as I have nothing else to do and all day to do it. Here's a guide to my guide, first: ah=the 'a' sound heard in 'apple', but that is is only approximate aw=the 'a' sound heard 'talk' or the 'o' sound heard in 'online' eh=the 'e' sound heard in 'reck' ih=the 'i' sound heard 'it' ee=the vowel-sound heard in 'me' oh=pronouned like the letter 'o', but this is approximate eye=simply to be said as the English word 'eye' ou=like the 'ou' in 'house' oo=the sound heard in 'moon' uh=the 'u' sound heard 'mut', also approximate oy=the sound heard in 'toy' All the 'r's are trilled like in Spanish. 'C' is always pronounced 'K'. I'm not a linguist keep in mind, and I haven't mastered the sounds of Quenya, but this is okay. Capital letters denote stress. One thing to note: I am personally unable to differentiate between the short and long 'e's, so they're represented with the same sounds here. Eye! LOU-rih-eh LAHN-tawr LAHS-ih SOOR-ih-nehn, YEH-nih oo-NOH-tih-meh veh RAH-mawr AHL-da-rawn! YEH-nih veh LIHN-teh YUHL-dawr ah-VAWN-ih-ehr mih oh-ro-MAHR-dih LIHS-seh mih-ruh-VOH-reh-vah ahn-DOO-neh PEHL-lah, VAHR-doh TEHL-luh-mawr, nuh LOO-ih-nih YAHS-sehn TIHN-tih-lawr ih EHL-eh-nih oh-MAHR-yoh eye-reh-TAWR-ih-LIHR-ih-nehn. see mahn ih YUHL-mah nihn ehn-KWAHN-tuh-vah? ahn see tihn-TAHL-leh VAHR-dah, oy-oh-LOHS-seh-oh veh FAHN-yawr MAWR-yaht eh-len-TAW-rih OHR-tah-neh ahr IHL-yeh TIH-ehr uhn-duh-LAW-veh LUHM-buh-leh ahr sihn-dah-noh-rih-ELL-oh KEYE-teh mohrn-ih-eh ih fahl-mah-LIHN-awr IHM-beh meht awr HEES-ih-eh uhn-TOO-pah cahl-ah-CIHR-yoh MEE-rih OY-ah-leh see VAHN-wah naw, roh-MEL-loh VAHN-wah, VAHL-ih-mawr nah-MAWR-ih-eh! neye hih-ruh-VAHL-yeh, VAHL-ih-mawr! neye EHL-yeh hih-ruh-VAW! nah-MAWR-ih-eh! Remember, the course on the Ardalambion is a much better guide.
