Noghri v Chewbacca
Who is better, the Noghri or Chewbacca?

I would have to say Chewie. Remember, he almost strangled that one, when they where orbiting over Endor? I can't remember which book though....one of the Zahn ones.

There has to be something in favor of the Noghri, though. Not that I'm holding my breath to find a Noghri supporter, but I think that you need to acknowledge that in a fair fight, the Noghri would probably win.

Chewie is cooler. He leaves a lasting impressing, danged if I can barely remember the noghri from the books.

But he shouldn't!
NJO should be ignored.

I loved the noghri. They're more agile than a wookie and trained to be assassins. So my money is on them. Although an angry wookie is not something I want run into at night either....

To tell you the truth, I can't decide. The Nogri are megaly mundo cool, but so is Chewbacca. They always beat Chewbacca when they fight though. The thing thats messing them up is the fact that the Nogri are assaisins and act as such, they stay in the shadows and don't really do anything after they're first introduced.

I think I'll start a thread where people can vote for which is better....
It's obvious Chewie will win but I want to see how many people vote Noghri.

Good idea, but a couple of fights will probably break out. Don't forget to give an Equal choice. Noghri are definatly fun. Why don't you add Lowie as well?

Regardless of who would win in a fight, I just like the noghri better.
Admiral Thrawn was paramount, though.

I never did get the point of Thrawn, he was just a cheerful interlude, that and the... What was the name? They appeared in the Young Jedi Knight Series and converted Lusa and Lowie's best friend from the past who was supposed to be dead.

The Diversity Alliance.
THOU SHALT NOT COMPARE GRAND ADMIRAL THRAWN UNFAVORABLY TO THE WORKS OF KEVIN J ANDERSON! (Star Wars Bible, Comparisons 1:1) Really though, Thrawn was way more than an interlude. I agree that the Diversity Alliance was pretty bad, though.
