I think that the next Star Wars will be a lot better than the other 4...
Because, I mean, the other two, they had, like no romance or anything in them.At the time people thought that they were great movies(some people might still think that, so no offense...),but they had no idea that 2-3 years later, they would just go-"seen it", or they don't like it anymore, or are completely and totally sick of it.And Star Wars 2(Attack of the Clones), I think will be a lot better, and will get better ratings, because it actually has a little bit more.

Oh, I get it, romance, not romance romance.
*/chuckle. I can imagine anikin and amidala having that discussion. Anikin: I... like you Amidala. Amidala: Like me? Anikin: Yeah... I like you. Amidala: I like you too, Anikin... but? Anikin: No... I mean I like like you. Amidala: Like Like? As in, Romance, Like Like? Anikin: Well... yeah. I suppose I feel sorta romantic towards you. Amidala: Whoah! You say 'Romance', do you mean 'Romance' or 'Romance Romance'. You're confusing me here. Anikin: Well, I... Er, that is... By romance I mean I like you. Amidala: Like? You mean, like as in Like Like? Anikin: Ummm... Amidala... I think I'm in love with you. Amidala: Love? You mean, as in 'love love'. I don't know if I'm ready for this sort of romantic romantic stuff yet. Anikin: Excuse me... I just remembered I have an urgent appointment with a Sith Politician and an active volcano.

The 4th one is the best. But i didnt like episode to well because the empire was not in it and it is funny watching stormtroopers getting slaughtered by little furry creatures. (Ewoks)

I love watching the ewoks win! I love the Ewoks! Anyway...the romance thing.I will not watch a movie that has more than 5 kissy scenes. I can't stand watching that! So they had better not kiss more than 5 times....

Hey, come on now, its natalie portman .. whats your problem with love scenese?
Although, star wars wasn't written as a romance novel, its the epic tale of the epic struggler of two epic forces for good and evil for control over the epic galaxy (Get the picture?)... or something like that. Im not sure that the said 'romance' will add anything to the next film (although it doesn't have to be much to be better than ep1), but i dont think it will completely destroy it (N*suck, on the other hand, thats a completely different story.. trying to ruin the movie? N*oose?)

Great strip!!!
I thought ESB was the Best. Dark, grim and gritty. I HATED those damn midget Wookies and Jar Jar. Lucas and humor do not work IMHO. TPM was dull, too hard thrying to be a star wars movie. The space battles in 4-6 were great. The asteriod scenes are AWESOME. The saber duels are the only things that have consistently improved with each movie. Star Wars combat seems to hold my attention.

I think Star Wars and Empire Strikes Back were the best. George Lucas started going downhill with Return of the Jedi. He tried making it too cute.
I liked The Phantom Menace in the theater - but watching it on DVD on the small screen is painful. I can't ignore the corny dialog on the small screen like I could in the theater.

Star Wars and Empire Strikes Back r the only sw movies i can watch all the way through. sw1 was BAD (no offense) the end was pretty cool, the first time i saw it i almost, almost cried. i liked him. but obi-wan is the best (and the hottest)! and Jar-Jar, JAR-JAR SHOULD DIE!!!!!! and same with the moving teddy bears in rotj.

I REALLY don't get all the Jar Jar hating. If you want my opinion, I think all the fans had really high hopes for Phantom Menace, (which was somewhat limited in scope in terms of the story - but it will age better once the other 2 come out), and it didn't meet their expectations, so they needed a scape goat: cue Jar Jar. Well, I liked him, and I'm sick of everyone going on about how George Lucas' franchise become commercialised, and how much he sucks now. I mean, it's almost fashionable to diss Star Wars now, especially P.M, and Jar Jar. Well, I'm going to stop it right here!!! Jar Jar is great, and the only reason everybody hates him, (well there are probably some original people, but most are just conforming), is cos it's fashionable to, at the moment. Give it a break already! Let's give Lucas a chance to redeem himself. What could he have put into the first movie, without reducing the storylines from the next two?
PS George Lucas has always been corny, but he tells great stories [c.f. Joseph Campbell]. I mean, some of the dialogue in Ep 4 & 5 make me want to barf, but, it's such a great story, that I can even ignore how much whiney Luke Skywalker annoys me.
