Winter Concert

Well, tonight was the Winter Concert at my school. I'm in the band, along with Greg (gdl) and Jae (dmaul). It went pretty well. I got to play with the strings in one number. The chorus is incredibly awful (you wouldn't believe how bad they are). And of course, the band was awesome as usual . (except for those other bells players, but we won't get into that )

I really didn't know how i sounded. I could not hear myself or any other specific individual. (execpt for gdl-- the bell of his sax was facing me)

I would have paid to see that!!! :P

Congrats on your concert, guys! We had our orchestra concert at the end of November and I got to play a solo. It was fun. I love bands/orchestras!

I play the Trumpet but I couldn't play in the concert because I'm a 6th grader

You weren't in the concert, and that's the way it should be. 6th graders aren't worhty of playing with us 7th and 8th graders. Come to think of it, 7th graders aren't worthy to play with us either.

Congrads Ben, Greg, and Anthony. I'm glad it went well. I had two art shows open recently and have an instillation opening on the 31st. The two so far were great, I hope the next one is also.

my winter conert was yesterday. Ben, greg, and Jae no longer go to my school. I was of course the best Trumpet and Baritone player.

hmm - this was the first Xmas in about 10 years that i haven't done concerts. (insert sad ent sounds here)
