Spelling
Whats up with the two different spellings of words?
favourite vs. favorite? gray vs. grey? is there a difference?

Grey is the British spelling: Gray is the American spelling.
Colour is British, Color is American. Same with Valor/Valour, Armor/Armour, Favorite/Favourite, etc.

So that's why I'm bad at spelling? And all this time I just thought that I was stupid!

I don't particularly like the metric system, even though I'm quite familiar with it's use.
I do, however, use the english spelling for most words.

I am American, but I prefer the British/Canadian spellings. After all, they were using it first. But I always forget and I got yelled at by my language arts teacher last year for using British spellings. Although I do use "grey".

i'm American and i usually spell gray, grey. there's already enough ou's to get mixed up so i'm stickin' with color and favorite.
I can't stand the metric system. i always get confused when i'm reading and it says kilometers and all that instead of feet and miles and all that stuff.
