Should just be brought to justice??

I've been watching the news. And the news reporter that was lost is now confirmed dead. How many of you think that the people that killed him should be brought to justice?? I do.

Interesting question. I somehow doubt many people are for letting murderers go without any punishment. There has to be some form of justuice within a society, otherwise people would be completally free to do bad things to each other.

Thanks. Also I was reading on the web. about LOTR. And they were telling about the next movie. Jackon said: "The LORT Two Towers is very differenet than the first. (duh) and people are expecting more of the same. But no way is it going to be. Also is biggest concern is what he will say if he win the best director." "If I say it from A-Z, I'll be halfway through the A's, he laughed, The band will strike up and I'll be done." So look forward to winter 2002 for LOTR2. Well there's half of the interview you can look more up on yahoo.

I don't think there's any question they should be brought to justice. They killed a guy! That's as serious a crime as you can commit.
The real question:
Brought to justice by whom and whose standard of justice? (international law can be tricky, you know. There are political complications.)
How is anyone supposed to catch these people anyways? If you can't catch them, the whole question of bringing them to justice is a little moot?

Int'l justice sure is tricky. You have to have an agreement between as many of the countries with parties involved.
