Fine. *going to check again* It's 1452 in Hobbit's count - which is 31 in the fourth Age. (I really do think you could accept my first answer. *tries not to roll his eyes* )

Hey, I'm Packed And Leaving For The Airport But You Take The Cake.

I'm Looking Right At The Book And It Says "the Westmarchwas Added To The Shire In S.r. 1462. So You Are Wrong, I Am Right And Am Going To Eat Some Almonds And Raisins And Feel Better.

I don't know. Relax, anyway. I'll check again later if it makes you feel better.

So is it my turn? Although I was wrong.. ?

It's odd it contradicts itself. It says in the beginning that it's joined in 1462 and in the appendix that it's joined in 1452.. ???

Anyway : Where were the biggest libraries in the Shire, in the beginning of the fourth age?

Indeed, as TD said, I wrote 'in the Shire'. Besdies, IO wrote 'libraries' (plural). I meant that there are 3... one was indeed in Westmarch. The other two?

All correct. ( I've accepted 'Westmarch' as Undertowers.)
