Reposting the riddles:

Carafin:

A fountain flows
A lake is formed
In a bed of stone

Elf Girl:

Shadows feed on only light
after darkness naught can be but bright.
a calling to the lady might
brings joy and happiness in sight.

Mine:

An uninvited guest
from far away lands
Learning of lore;
of ancient things grand

~~~~~~~~~~
Elf Girl: Someone might have said this, but is it: Yavanna getting the fruit from the dying two trees.
This thread is going slow, so I'll give a hint for mine. The answer for mine is not in the LOTR, The Hobbit, The Silmarillion and Unfinished Tales. So that leaves.........
I probably won't reply for a while (next Monday!) cause I'm going away for a few days.....so bye!
Reposting....
Small number there are
Yet great trouble they make.
Destruction, ruin, and pain
They all left in their wake.
None right as of yet.
