ooc: Okay since it seems no one else will post I will. Really don't want this one to get lost.

ic: Once the fellowship had been gathered, Elrond wished them well and they were off. For many days they traveled, growing tired and Frodo, evidently feeling the weight of the ring.

They stop to rest in the woods and Resta and Legolas have first watch.

I lay on my back nameing the stars, the ones I knew anyway, --which weren't many--I was never strong there. Legolas sat examining his arrows to make sure they where sutible. For conversation purposes I spoke up. "How is the young Ringbearer doing?"

*laughing* You never could pay attention could you! Master Frodo is Middle-aged for a hobbit! Fifty I believe it was said!"

"O...well he looks...thirty or so..."

"That's because of the RING!"

I frowned at him, "I'm forgetful, not stupid! THAT I knew!" Searching for the closest thing I threw a peice of food at him. One of the hobbits--I couldn't tell which--woke up asking for food. I think it was the youngest. "Not now Master!" I said laughing. "Go back to sleep and rest up, you'll need your rest for another long march tomorrow." He lay back down grumbling about not being able to sleep on an empty stomach.

Just as he was going to sleep Legolas--who had sharper hearing--sat up straight.

"Did you hear that?"

"Wha-" I said cut off by a wargs growl. "O...that..."

I spent the night, unable to sleep as usual.Legolas and Resta talked a bit, as i got up, and wandered out into the night. Many sounds greated me, but one I was greatfully disturbed of, a growl of a warg. I quietly made my way back to camp, sitting now with Legolas and Resta.

*Shakes his head* I see no reason, an arrow or two should take care of him.

I laughed. "M'prince has a head to big for his shoulders. He doesn't seem to relize that where one warg is there are usually others. I'm not sure we have to wake-"

The hobbit yelped, he hadn't compleatly gone to sleep. "WARGS!" Apperently his yelp woke others, because soon Aragorn, the dwarf, and that other human where at our sides. The five hobbits where huddled together, and I was looking at Legolas who was discreatly shaking his head.

"Unfortunately, Resta is right. We seem to be surrounded. Keep the hobbits out of the way. They'll only be in the way, as they can't see as well"
I fitted an arrow to my bow and aimed.

I drew the snake wrapped sword, pausing only for a moment to make a mental note that Aragorn couldn't see as well either, nor the ranger. I readied myself for attack glancing over at my Prince. His arrows had been drawn long ago, and was notched before the ranger even remembered where she put her dagger(It turned up n her sock).

I grew angery as I could not find my dagger, but instead withdrew the throwing knives from my hair. The bun uncoiled and the flames of blue in my hair raged more fircly it seemed. I stedied myself, and partially unsheathed my sword.

ic: I looked to Aragorn, who seemed to be the one to give orders. Arin and Legolas on the north, himself and the dwarf on the east, Greyhelm and Boromir on the east and myself and the ranger on the south. T'was not long before the first warg attacked.

occ: Just to clear things up here. Resta is pretty tolerant of everyone, but suspicious of all. Dwarves he won't be rude toward like most elves, hobbits he may at times treat like children, he tends to forget himself. Most men he tolerates, all but rangers which he pretty much despises. He tolerates, but he can't stand them, Aragorn being the exception since he doesn't see Aragorn as a mere human nor ranger, but as a king. Of course he's not overly fond of kings either, since his father was one and we know where that got him. He's suspicious of all races including his own, though as uptight as I make him seem he can be quite a flirt when he wants and seems fit. Everyone got it get it good? Good.

The fighting was fierce. Elves are, of course, skilled bowmen but the wargs were quick and snuck around so lightly even elves had trouble hearing them.

My bow rang for awhile until the wargs became to close. Then I unsheathed my sword. Resta was fighting gracefully dodging and sparring(?). Legolas at my side was using his knives, Serinity was using the daggers from her hair and fighting well. Aragorn too was skilled.
Between all of us the wargs were soon defeated.

"You fight well," I said, a bit breathlessly to Legolas.

He smiled, "And you Arin."

It seemd no one else could sleep so we headed out right then reaching Caradhras a few days later.

ic:

Gandalf spoke, "We have three choices before us. The Gap of Rohan, Caradhras and the Mines of Moria. Which shal we take?"

I slowly turned around slightly annoyed when the dwarf started jumpig up and down. "MinesofMoriaMinesofMoriaMinesofMoria!!!"

ooc: *ROFL* sorry I couldn't help it it was so...there!

Real ic: None of them sounded to inviting to me. Caradhras sounded the best but the child-the halfings might not be able to take it. Nor the men I felt sure. As for the dwarf, I knew little of the strength, but they where short and would likely meet the same fate as the halfings. I found myself staring at the ranger, without relizing and blushed. It had been an accedent, she was just someplace to stare.

Legolas to found himself staring, though not quite for the same reasons, nor at the same person. His thoughtful gaze fell upon Arin and slightly to his surprise rested there. Blushing he tore his gaze away. Women where complicated and it was usually best not to get tangled up with them.

ooc: Remember I'm a gal, I'm just tring to look at this from the guys view.

ooc: That's okay that was good. So Resta's fallin' for Serinity?

ic:
We rested while we thought. Several times I felt someone staring at me but eveyrone seemed busy thinking.

Aragorn spoke, "I think the ringbearer should decide."

I agreed with him and said so. The others waited patiently for Frodo's answer.

I however was thinking about Legolas. I blushed slightly to remember how we had parted that night. He'd only kissed me as a formality. At least that's what I told myself. I didn't hear Frodo's answer when he spoke . . .

ooc2: It seems we've lost Adrian ( who plays Frodo as well as herself) so someone else answer for him.

After the battle against the wargs, the group peiced itself back together. I rewrapped my hair, blacing the two blades in, hilt on the bottom of my hair, and halfway listening to the conversation going on about me.

"We will go through the mines." Frodo said. I could see some of us silently disagreeing but we followed the ringbearer.
