So saying, Lief took a sampling of everything that looked most closely related to chocolate. He arranged these samples delicately around his plate, and then continued his pizza-given work of expanding his waistline.

Lief rinsed his mouth out with ice water and then drained the rest of his mug. "I'm going to sleep," he announced. "No huorns in the area, thank goodness. Oh my! There's a Hannukah bush right here in the campsite! It's been here all along!"

He uprooted it with the Force and planted it again near the large Christmas tree set up in the clearing.

"Now, I'm going to sleep until tomorrow and then wake and open presents!"

He put his own under the tree. "Fortunately, the tree is an ent that will whap any numbskull who tries to open them early!"

He lay down a safe distance away from the tree, covered up in a sleeping bag, and went out like a light. Loud snores began to arise from his direction, until he shifted onto his side. The snores became quieter.
