If we were to have a small logo on the front and a larger one on the back (like many custom shirts), that one would be great on the front with the URL underneath. I should read what I missed but I'm not going through three weeks of ideas.

Wow! I missed all the happenin's last week. I like that design even more now that it's blown up and I notice the coffee mug.
And that's totally not how I pictured Treebeard but I actually like it better than how he exists in my own imagination.Just a thought: would it be possible (or rather, reasonable based on production cost) for me to get my username printed on a shirt as well, say, on the back? *hopeful* It would be like wearing a jersey. And obviously I don't mean just me; it could be an optional feature for all T-shirt buyers.

So that's the T-shirt? I was actually working on a bit of a design.. (emphasis on the 'ing', not the 'work', of course)... I'll post it when I get it finished, just for kicks.
I was thinking the backs of the T-shirts should say something sloganish, no? Like, "Do you Moot?" Or something like that... *shrug* Just a mooter's imput.

Okay, I tried the leaf-thing, RÃ*an. I think does look indeed look nice. But I fear it might be a bit of a complication for colouring it since the leaves are rather small. On the T-shirt they might be only a few millimeters each so I wonder if they'll be very visible.
But if everyone likes the leavy hair better, I'll leave them on it, otherwise I'm going with the bare branches. So people, what's it going to be? I'm looking forward to see your design, Rosie.

I like it! Gives it kind of more of a "natural" look, I think (as in being closer to nature, like an Ent would want).
Will defer to brownie and others who know more about the coloring issue. The only other thing I could suggest would be fewer but larger leaves (same shape - I like the shape you chose and the angles they're growing at), but you've already put a lot of work into it, so I don't know ... I think even double the leaf size would work, if there's fewer of them (I think about 1/3 of the number that you have now), and you start them back closer to the head a little so only the very tips of the leaves go past the outer edge of the branch-hair. Thanks for all your work on this, Eärniel - I'm really looking forward to my t-shirt and mug! Yes, Rosie, post yours, too I'd like to see it!

(what I had meant with the larger leaves suggestion was to try it ONLY IF the smaller leaves were technically impossible to implement. I love it the way it is currently, and only meant to try larger leaves if a printer person told you the smaller ones wouldn't work.)
