This is a toughy. I'd have to say Varda and Manwë are awesome rulers. I like Ulmo because he's a loner (like me ) Tulkas is awesome because he's so into battling. Aulë's awesome because he created the Dwarves. Yavanna is probably my favorite of the Valier, because she created the Ents. But my ultimate favorite is Melkor. Without him, there would be no evil, and without evil there would be no good. And without both good and evil there wouldn't be a story, and that wouldn't be good.
