Hmmm, that's actually not a bad idea. Kind of impractical, but still... it gets old having to constantly log off just to get the day's new posts, and when you've already seen them the first time they're not in bold type anymore, so you gotaa peck through them like some crazy chicken pecking for feed. Meh.

I hate it in the User CP. They don't just grey out, they DISSAPPEAR!!!!

They disappear in the main page, too, intermittently, when you least expect it. You'll be sittting there, searching 4 new posts, minding your own business happy as a clam, then - pouf! gone. Just like that. All gone. GRRRRrrrrrrRRrrrrrr....... *gritting teeth*
