Ewwy.
Christmas partying tomorrow, doing nothing Christmas Eve/Day (besides opening presents). Going to midnight Mass. And seeing my bff's Friday so they can finally give me my b-day present!

Isn't having church in the middle of the night so much fun? Last time all the church kids went outside the building and started waking up the neighborhood around the church building with their screaming .

Christmas is annoying. I like it when it's over. But foooooooood is good.

In our family, holidays are all about the food.

Haven't been to a midnight Mass in a while, but my dad's working Christmas Eve and Day, so that's the only time we can do it.

Oh, I'm sure they loved that.

It's been a while folks. I finally am back after a load of a busy last couple of weeks. On December 15, 10:21 AM, my wife had the kids. Since then, everything has become busier than usual, even for the holiday season. I've been feeling like Gandalf, traveling everywhere like he did when he found that Barad-Dur had been rebuilt and that Frodo had the One Ring, and then eventually went to Isengard and got imprisoned by Saruman. So basicaly, a lot of running around followed by yet more running around, but it's all been worth it!

Been beginning the celebration of the holidays this past evening, most of it being spent talking to my sister-in-law, Amanda - that and karaoke singing, until my wife put a stop to that since the kids were like "WTF" and crying.

We named the kids Robert and Natalie. Everyone's doing very well and my wife, she's getting stronger again.

I'm looking forward to the kids learning to talk and read. I have much to tell them, and much more for them to read!

Me is not doing church. Although I "had" to on last school day. I guess I woulda been allowed to skip it, since I'm no longer in the church, but... wha eva. It wasn't that bad, and it was surprisingly warm.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERY MOOTER!!!

And congratulations to Ingwe! All the best to your family!

Church is never fun if you are made to go.

Church is always fun! Especially if you have to stand for three hours straight, and then you get to go in procession around the parking lot in the middle of the night

I've been spamming the Happy Thread lately. Doesn't anyone else have something happy to post about? *raises eyebrow*
Or am I just being way too happy? I guess I'll count my blessings then

Let's hope the imprisoning part doesn't happen... that would definitely suck for your wife! Congratulations, by the way! I love the names you guys chose.

And the talking probably won't happen for at least a year, give or take... if you surround your kids with people talking (although probably not tv), they will learn faster. My aunt had a baby the summer she was watching my brother and me (worked out well for her - she got two in-house baby-sitters so she could do housework and scrapbook and things.. but we didn't mind!), and my cousin started talking at 11 months. Her other kids didn't start talking that soon, but she didn't have two teenagers sitting there playing with them and talking to each other constantly. And the reading part doesn't come till after the talking. You have a LOT to look forward to now!

And Merry Christmas! We're getting a semi-clear and shiny and freezing cold and slippery Christmas here... no whiteness to speak of.
