I have a new RP based board which promises to be really fun. I can guarrantee a game like no other there.

BTW I may be needing mods at some point, however I'm doing things a little differently from my other board. Modships now have to be earned. Essentially whoever does the most for the board, recruits the most members, comes up with the best ideas etc, gets preferential treatment.

This is a collaboration project idea that I'm kicking around. Basically what it is, is we take what's going on right now (in the world), and go from there. Just make up the history of the world. The past through the future (or something). I'd like to chronicle the future, in our mind's eye. I would like this to be realistic, so someone with an good sense of politics and phsycology would be welcome. Also, I would like this to incorporate the world, so many people from around the world are also welcome. The plot? Well, we go on as-is for quite a bit, then magic somehow gets introduced into the world. Cults, mobs, anti-magic people, etc appear. I'm sorry if I'm not explaining this correctly; it's hard for me to articulate purely abstract ideas. Anyhow, the *proposed* timeline is this (although, if we [the writers of the future] can't fit something in, or can't get the magic to fit in somehow, we can always change it.)

THE THIRD AGE (Or something) - Today, and as it is, for a bit. Everything gets better, including medicine and space travel and whatnot (although we may want to stay away from space travel, since it gives us too many worlds to deal with).

DECLINE AND FALL OF THE WORLD (or someting) - As is. Akira-ish, y'know? Magic Appears, but is still haphazard.

MAGIC WAR THINGY (Yeah. Sure.) - War. Involving magic. And stuff.

Let's not be afraid to get into the controversial subjects, such as the resolution of the Middle East, atrocities, abortion, and such. I've got lot's of great ideas, and I'm happy to hear yours, too. If we get enough people on this, can we get another forum (on this board) dedicated to the discussion and development of this future-world?

Also, a note: once this gets off the ground, I'll not be participating too much. I'll still head the *general* details, such as where it's all going, but the details... I leave to the contributors. If something doesn't make sense, or if you have questions - feel free to ask.

And feel free to make new discoveries and stuff. If you can get some people dedicated to the development of the new worlds, space travel can get along quite nicely.
