Sorry, Dunadan, to hear how the presents were "divided". Not that the actual items themselves mattered very much, but from everything I've heard, divorce is very difficult and painful, and any unfairness like that just makes it worse.

I dont get some of my friends. there are 10 in our group at school. bad already. For the whole of last year some of them tried to ignore me and push me out. They would bully me and whenever i said something theyd talk right over me. They made me feel really bad and i went into a depression. when i came back after the summer hols everything seemed to have been forgotten. I wasnt completely happy but didnt want to bring up last year cos it seemed so nice again. Now i think its starting again. I dont want this to happen.Laast year was miserable and i hated every second.
What should i do?

Yeah, divorce is pretty gruesome, though we were as amicable as it is possible to be about it, and it's far far better to get divorced than spend the rest of your life miserable. The most difficult bit was restraining the lawyers. We used to meet up to plan how we were going to stop our respective lawyers from escalating it out of all proportion! And I've still got her Cramps album. Ha!

Hanza, I hate that! Not sure how best to deal with it. Bullies are usually cowards; they probably feel threatened by you for some reason. Have you spoken to others in the group about it? Sometimes these things get out of proportion in our own minds; maybe talking to someone in the group you trust will help you to figure out what's really going on. If they don't care, maybe you need some new friends.

Vent: I left my mobile in my colleague's car and he won't be back in town till Thursday. What a numpty (me, not him).

Amen to that! (although in the four years she never did drag me to the altar but it amounted to a marraige anyway)

My Ex started to demand 50% of everything, until I told her she was more than welcome to 50% of the debt! She lost interest after that

(and the debt didn't really amount to very much).

Funny thing is that we get on 100% better now than when we lived together

Wish I could say the same. We both grew in opposite directions, and now if I met her socially I would think she was a total flake. However, she's the mother of my son, so we're stuck with each other. You can't divorce your ex.

Fortunately, we have always put the bairn first and will always do so. But it's pretty hard work being dependent on the bogus whims of someone you dislike. For example: she has custody, so when she decided she wanted to go and live in the country (because, as we all know, life is totally idyllic there and there are no social problems at all), it totally f***ed my relationship with my son. Now I can only see him for two weekends a month and holidays.

I have to work on the 18th. In a movie theater. It will be chaotic, I'm sure. And to add insult to injury, all of the LOTR banners are called for. I am definitely getting an ROTK banner next year, since I plan on still working at the theater.

Oh, and I want to kill the stupid drawing machine that is right next to register 12 (I hatesss register 12). "My name is Leonardo. I love the expression in your eyes. A little more shading right there. One minute more!" ARGH!

Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!

Its soo embarassing. Yestersday i was walking home from school. When i got to the bus station i realised my bag was open. I closed it and thought nothing of it. This morning though i was trying to find my school skirt and realised it had been in my bag. So i went to my bag and IT WASNT THERE!!! It must have fallen out on my way home. I had to wear this massive skirt to school several times rolled up. I looked such a prat. School sucks and now i have the whole of my family either laughing or telling me how careless i was.

I'm sitting on my own!!!! Freezing my a*** off!!!! I missed the premiere of my life last night!!!! For some reason this computer keeps erasing my posts!!!!! My friends aren't talking to me!!!! My ex boyfriend is marrying some silly french floozy and making sure I know about it!!!! I have to walk home in the rain!!!!! I have a classics test tomorrow!!!! There, vent over! Will now return to brooding silently and smacking the hell out of my keyboard!!!!

My vent: almost got run over last night. Silly me, I didn't realise it was a one way street... so I looked LEFT to see the traffic, but it was coming from the RIGHT.

Only thing that saved me was the BF grabbing my arm and yanking me out of the path of an oncoming van... which didn't even slow down!!

I have to wate another 5 days, 5 hourse, and 5 minutes untill The Two Towers is in theaters, I wached the thing on TTT that I tape recorded, and it looked SO good! I really want to see it!
