Sometimes I wonder at God. I wonder if it was to keep us humble that he planted things within us like passing gas, belching and hiccuping, things that mangle our coolness and make us the height of ridiculousness.

No, it's just because we're human beings, living in physical bodies. I highly doubt any creator had a malicious ulterior motive!

I think you're right.

All that symptoms of confusing stuff up in the morning - I have it too, only not just in the morning. I have to admit though, I didn't know that men suffered frm it too

Men suffer everything...almost. We're just too strong to show it though.

Ouch.

Hawaiian Kona, what's that. It sounds too much like tea - I don't drink tea. I'll go for a Latte.

No, it's not tea, don't worry. It's the world's second-best kind of coffee - first best being Jamaican Blue Mountain. Yummy coffee. I've already had half a pot, think I'll slow down at this point, getting a little jumpy... jumpy... jump- ACK! anyway, help yourself; at this point I am cutting myself off!

Any God who would make people hiccup just for his own amusement might actually be worth worshipping.

The creator made those physical bodies that way. There had to be a reason .

Wow. I just thought that was quote worthy.

I haven't been here in a while. Has anyone tried jagermeister before? Man, when I was in Austria, my friend told me about it and I was casually offered it by a girl from a German youth group in the same hotel, but dammit I never had any until a few weeks ago. That's so much better than beer.

BTW, I'll take a jagermeister.

Drinking upside down is a surefire way to kill your hiccups. But if I don't have a drink handy, it works if I breathe in a ridiculous lot of air and hold my breath for quite a wihle. That's a lot harder though because you have to completely stretch your diaphragm.

Man, I had a dance with that devil once! Jaegermeister, that is. Man oh man. What is IN that stuff, absinthe and valium? Or what?! The last time I partied with Jaegermeister I made a very solemn vow with myself NEVER to do that again.

I wonder what the reason is.. There has to be something. I wonder about that sometimes.

For hiccups I mean. That was the craziest cross-post I've ever seen.

Some more crazieness: I just got up to go into the bathroom. The door was half open, and I ran into it. I jumped back a little, then started to go in again. The rug was soaked from someone taking a shower, and this time I was so startled I ran back into my room. Maybe this is God's way of getting even, since I don't hiccup anymore.
