Hehe well at least you could complete the Awards-list you already made Hector! I see there are a few empty spaces (and some of the one's you've left out need a tie-breaker you know)

If by the 31st of March there are still tie-breakers those who tie for first place can share the Award in all its glory Until then the suspense is everywhere! Who will win!?

I am deeply, deeply honoured. My thanks to all who voted for me. I'd be happy to share my honour with Coffeehouse if we could just see the DATA and know that there wasn't any rounding effect. I also note that there is no confidence interval for the awarded percentages. Who exactly were the UN observers to certify that this election was properly done? What statistical methods were employed? Why or why not were there weights assigned to various responses?
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE WINNERS, Ya'll !!!!

Uh.. UN observers.. what UN observers..... *blink blink*...... We in the Posters of the Year Award 2008-2009 Committee of Voting Coordination, Organization and Oversight, or PYACVCOO, were told that the UN observers were.. uh... shot.. I mean stalled Thus to ensure an impartial result I.. I mean uh... we, invited the honoroable Py-ong Yang-Hu-Hei-Ho from democratic North Korea, Sheik Osama Bon Garden from fair and free Saudi Arabia, and Amhad Din Jihad of the great nation of Iran to enforce...... I mean.. observe the election results Questions? My pleasure hope to get double the vote next year, in the 2009-2010 Awards!!
