and I found out that Galadriel's shinging ring and Gimli and Legolas on their horse are also too big. The stupid 60X60 pixels rule! UURRGG! I wish that 90 sec. rule would just DIE!

I don't have any problems with the 90 second rule. It's the 120 second PM rule that really annoys me, as my friends as I PM a lot, so answering can take a long time.
Anyway, back to avatars. I was going to get that one with Gimli swinging his axe, but I liked this one better.

Yes, 'tis much beter. I didn't care for any of the swinging people, exept for the one where Legolas shoots off a bow.

mine is now back to the Feanor picture...although this time I think it's really blurry so I'll have to fix that when I get home....I included some Tengwar on it as well if its readable

someday I'm gonna draw a picture of Arien and then that will be my permanent avatar!!!!

PippinTook, if you save the avatar you want to use on your computer then when you try to change your av, just click the 'brows' buton on the left and search the file you saved your av on.

Ok, can anyone help me on this? I have this animation I want to use as my avatar, but its too big. Whenever I edit it to make it the right size, it stops moving. Is there any way I can use it as my avatar and still have it move like its supposed to?

You have to have a special gif program designed to edit moving pictures, and don't know what any of these are called since I don't have one!

It is possible. You need to use a program called Adobe Image Ready. I don't know any other programs you can use, but all you need to do in that one (as far as I know) is copy it in, use the animation panel and resize all the frames.

NO!! They wasted a good RotK poster for HIM?! I was hoping it would be something with Shelob and Gollum and soldiers and other peoples, not Aragorn! Don't get me wrong, I like him and he's cool and all, but he's more for the feminen type, I wanted some action on my poster!
