No dupping, well..at least we Belgians don't. Except for children's movies. I think it usually costs too much. We stick to subtitles. In Belgium both Dutch and French, in the Netherlands I reckon Dutch only.

But you'll probably home already or something so you'll probably have found out for yerself... Sorry but I have been away... *shrugs*

Nehheh, reminds me of the Danish girl that stayed at our house once. She said she could understand a lot of the Dutch we were speaking. Unfortunately it was only one-way: we couldn't make anything out of her Danish than "mumblemumble".

Yes, I'm back . And I noticed they didn't dub any movies. Thank God, it would have felt weird watching 'Pirates of the Caribbean' in Dutch

Oh, the Danes... I don't see how they can even understand eachother

OK, I have a rather odd question.

If a Finnish person described a man as wearing a "slipover", what would that mean? Or an American person, for that matter. I assume it's a kind of jumper, but I'm trying to get a clear picture of this and I don't know the British equivalent.

Anyone?

Am in need of help.

How does one get hold of the special french c in Francaise. Could anyone copy it to me so that I could insert it in the HTML-text I'm working on in Notepad.

Since I use Ç and ç every now and then (I went to a French school for twelve years ), I've memorized the codes you need to write the letters. Just press Alt + 0199 on your numpad for a Ç, and Alt + 0231 for a ç. Alt + 0156 for the letter œ is also worth remembering if you're going to write in French.

Yes, simply check out RÃ*an's or Valandil's signature. That should give you all the weird letters you might need.

Darn, that list gives other results in my version of MS Word. And I wanted to print it. Oh well, then it's back to going from ALT + 100 through ALT + 999 until I come across the sign I need as I've always done before.

So. One could actually begin with ALT + 001 and go from there, couldn't one?

This could, of course, only be the Swedish ones, but you can perhaps try them, Earniel.

Yes that's true, but my keyboard is well equiped with most symbols needed in French and Dutch and those I can't immediatly get on my keyboard are usually after ALT + 100.
