The Lay of Lizra and Anduril and BoP (notice Anduril sandwiched in the middle...) Lizra wished she could stroke Anduril's hair, and tell him he'd be alright. So she had bad thoughts, and demanded insanely, "JUST DO IT!" Please! Someone! Continue! Vent: If I don't leave soon the South African Revenue Service will institute legal proceedings in terms of Section 75 of the Income Tax Act, without further notice. |

Suddenly Anduril awoke alone in his dank bedsit to find a terrible mess on his pyjamas and that the dog had sneaked in his bed again. Sorry, couldn't resist it. Quote:

I'm "stuck" on the word "lay". It didn't mean "poem" when I was in high school! (bad thoughts)

I'm glad, though, that you are having bad thoughts. Why not share with the Entmoot community these thoughts of badness? Let us lay in bad thoughtfulness. Amen. Continue the lay I say! |

...back to venting...
I was looking forward to seeing The Two Towers in the theater and then I find out that I'm going to El Salvador for two years on a mission for my church. Now, I knew that I was going somewhere for two years, but I didn't expect the date to be so soon and I should have put my availability date later and AAAAARGH!!!
Just to add insult to injury, I'm to go on the day it's released, but I don't think there is any way for me to see it without seeing a sneak preview or breaking the rules... and I'm not about to break any rules. So, I'm going to El Salvador! Yes! But I need to learn Spanish first! Crap! And I'm going to miss both of the following LotR films! Excruciating, yet bearable! There is a chance that the rules in my mission differ from most, in that there are some movies you are allowed to see... I don't think a war-riddled epic would be among them. Oh well... at least all the special editions should be out by the time I get back.

Well, I'd rather go to El Salvador than watch TTT, so good on you.
You could always argue that the film is an allegory concerning how individual morality and general upstandingness triumphs over vanity, evil and the temptations of small items of jewellery. Or something. |

On another plus, I'll miss a lot of the winter weather that I loathe here in Texas. It's allegedly tropical and moderate over there.

The Lay Of Lizra, Anduril, and BoP........... (PG13), (off topic)
Anduril's tale is of two maids fair, Lizra and BoP, with the long blond hair. His sunburnt face and goofy style, convinced the maids to stay awhile. "What shall we do!" Anduril said with bad thoughts beginning to fill his head. Lizra could never get enough, so she urged Anduril to show his stuff. "Dance, yes, dance!" cried BoP, as Anduril proceeded to dance with glee. Eager to please the women there, Anduril put glitter in his hair. "Whoo hoo!" said Lizra, and began to dance, She easily got Anduril to trance. The ladies had fun as they made him play, music and "games" that whole magic day. They drank, and they ate, and frolicked with joy, Anduril was such a wonderful toy!
