Upon further deliberation, I have decided that it does look more like a pepper than a carrot. It's curved at the bottom like a pepper. If it's a carrot, it's a deformed carrot. However, since it is dancing, I don't know if calling it deformed would be a stretch.

Khamûl - I was with you - I always thought it was a carrot. I still don't think it looks like a pepper. It's more orange than red. And the leaves on top move - which makes me think of a carrot. A pepper doens't have a stem that would be flopping around like that.

Maybe we should start a thread on what this damn avatar is.

Yes of course its a pepper. In fact its a cayenne pepper. carrots arent shaped like that. and the floppy top thing was just added by the artist to have more of a floppy effect not to be anatomicaly accurate.

I've temporarily changed mine to a Daniel Radcliffe avatar because this week it's Dan's 14th birthday. I'll be changing it back to my little reading guy after this week, though.
