Alright, where are we going from here? Willow evidently wants us to be in Gondolin with ... a certain elf... but are we going to follow Tuor? or Eol? (I'm guessing not, from the statement that Eol bores Willow) or what?

Well, since I'm not looking forward to a lot of posts of Willow cooing over Glorfindel in Gondolina while Maeglin, Aredhel and Tuor take their time to get to Gondolina, I think this is a nice spot to split up. Made all the more easier since Willow didn't mention me yet. I'll follow Maeglin to Gondolina. Anyone else with me?
We can post Tuor's trip without us being there, or maybe the batteries in the remote are starting to get depleted and some of the TLA ended up somewhere halfway, which happens to be where Tuor is. That would be the end of that convenient plot device, so we won't be able to escape Mr. Nelson that way again later.

Not that big a fan of Glorfindel...so...hi Earniel! (And I liked Maeglin's tale a lot, so....yeah.)

Sounds good to me. Can I take someone (who do we still have) with my still-confused character and follow Tuor? Or, as I'm thinking, maybe drop him himself, and get him even MORE confused.

Sounds good to me. Confusion it is!
P.S. If any other poster does show up and want to follow me and the Counsellor (and Tuor) just say so, I can edit the number of people who fell from the sky. P.P.S. Wasn't one of the ideas behind this trip that Willow would try to kiss Elven nobility to break a curse about her own body being in Middle Earth? And now she's in Gondolin? With Glorfindel? Right.

Well if he isn't obliging, they would have enough to keep themselves busy to make him so, until we get to Gondolina on the respective trails of Tuor and Maeglin.

I have a disturbing urge to kill Tuor and become him... would that be alright, or should I let him go unmolested? *questioning, puppy-dog look*

You could kill him accidentally (sort of like Homer Simpson "I wish,I wish I hadn't killed that fish"moment) and thus upset the Eru and the Valar so they command you to take his place so the story of Tuor unfolds as it should be.
Or you could attempt a merger of some sort between the RYM and Tuor, that way he would remain unmolested. Gah! I'm torn! I like Tuor so I'd like to keep him unmolested, but I think accidentally killing him and taking his place may be .... interesting and fun. You can also accidentally misplace him so you have to take his place nevertheless to keep Gondolina's story going. You decide whatever you think best.

I have no idea why I made you disappear at the end of my post, Earniel...so hopefully you can use it to your advantage! And if not...tell me and I'll edit...

No worries, I'll be back!
EDIT: There, I've made us Maeglin's nannies. That way we can ...um... encourage him and his mum to go back to Gondolina and go with them without having to tag along behind. CC, so are you now Random Young Tuor?

You were thinking it, admit it. In any case, if it is a problem, it's Eöl's and his wive's.

Who, me?
Yeah, I guess I was. And yes, it is Eol and co's problem.

I was thinking whether we shouldn't lay off turning every woman we meet into a chocoholic. Melian went fine, and Aredhel goes too but if we continue doing it, it might get boring after a while. Besides, chocoholicism used to be a characteristic of the TLA only. What do you think?
