Fine, fine... I know there are problems with the question, but I put 'illegal' only to make it clearer, and I thought it's obvious I'm not talking about every letter he got after the spell as we don't have that information anyway; and I was wrong myself counting the letter for Petunia. Therefore the answer is 4... which goes to durinsbane, I think.
