Not really, but when I was 23 I towed a car at 140kph on a busy freeway, driving in the slow lane, passing cars in the fast lane. That's pretty stupid (and illegal).

I thought the notion of the accomplishment thread was to talk about good goals that people had accomplished, not accomplished as in 'gee, wow, I didn't expect that to happen, oh well'...

Guess what I accomplished everybody?

Weeeellllllllll, I shot almost all of my movie for Videography this weekend! And on top of it, managed to keep my group under control (somewhat), get splashed by them (cause I couldn't go swimming since I didn't have a swim suit) and caught one of my group members mooning everyone on tape. (Yes, that was my weekend.)

But most of all, I came back to the site! Yay! I haven't been on in awhile (too depressing.... since ROTK ended.... yeah....) But I'm back! And I'll come back more often! When I can, that is.

I have to go now, unfortunately, since I'm leaving to babysit soon and Dan Radcliffe and Emma Watson are on TRL in.... 9 minutes.

Much Luv.

Ah... senior awards at school. Won for Persuasive Writing, Math, Chemistry and Social Sciences.
Felt good. Except my friend really deserved Chemistry and I feel bad for taking it.

wow prizes, I never managed to snare one...

But I did manage to get 18/20 on my geology exam, which is about the highest score you can get on an oral exam <-- my expression when the teacher told me. The funny thing was that I didn't think my exam was going that well and seemingly I'm the only one who was surprised at my high score. I'm kind of wondering what is was that gave these people (teacher included) the idea that I'm a geology genious?

Anyway I still managed to get 18/20. I never scored that high since my first year in management, now 4 years ago. It's a nice opener for the examseries. Go me.

Well, it's over now!

And yet, funnily enough, the question about the rocks (marl included) was the one I thought I has seriously messed up.

Yes, but that's what friends are supposed to say. Thanks for the trust nevertheless.

Ergh, made it to the end of the semester without going AWOL. Have now completed the first three papers of a first year masters (under a post-graduate diploma). Only another 3 papers and a dissertation to go... Oh, and an exam. *bangs head against desk*

I don't think I could walk 26 miles at one time, much less run it!!!

You should be very proud of yourself!

Thanks, Val and BC!

Yes, I made it, though I wasn't too sure. I've had a cold for several weeks now, but I thought I'd try it. And I made it!

Eärniel - Congratulations! 18/20! That's amazing.
And congrats to Nerdanel too.

I'd say it counts. It's really difficult to tell people things like that because there's a lot of negativity associated with it and you don't know how people might react. Go you!
