Hah, I have not been on here in so long...I feel like a newbie all over again, it's horrible.
I miss the days when homework and a social life took second place to Entmoot for me. (Now that role has been taken by LiveJournal - ah, the horrors! )

Some of these posts sound like they are for the "welcome" thread, but nice to see everyone again.

Hi. I hope it's all right to put in my two cents here and say that I miss posting as often as I used to. I've got this crazy-busy job now that keeps me from 'Mooting. I miss the discussions and the teasing. It was fun.
It's nice to get back and at least read a few posts from time to time.

Hi BC! I miss you, too Try to get here more often!
SGH - maybe we should start a new thread for returning Mooters, called "Old Mooters never die (they just have to deal with RL for a while)", or "Old Fart Mooters return!", or something like that. Somehow the Welcome thread seems like it should only be for total newbie Mooters, and the returning Mooters shouldn't go there. At least IMHO.

...maybe after three years and over 1,000 posts we should be designated "alumni"...
We can get together once a year to talk about how much better things were in the old days... *waits patiently, as ever, for "drivel email" from BoP*

Nah, I think three years is too long - make it two, so I'll qualify
Really, I wonder what the average stay on a message board is ... SGH, what's your experience? Most of the people that were here when I joined are pretty much gone, and I've been here almost 2 and a half years.
