Does anyone know if JD is going to be posting the next couple chapters anytime soon? I'm actually excited because I got caught up in the reading on Saturday... so I'm all set to go!

I just so happened to give JD a poke yesterday, and he said to tell everyone sorry for the long delay and that he'd have something up ASAP.

azalea, it appears that "The Siege of Gondor" doesn't have anyone assigned to it. But, then again, you could be too busy to update the assignments list. Anyway, if it's not taken yet can you please sign me up for it?

[OFF TOPIC FLAME-BAIT DELETED]
There is no place in the Tolkien forums for such remarks. Last edited by Sister Golden Hair

I want to make an announcement. I am sorry that this is late. No one here lives my life or knows what I am doing. Yeah - you see me posting in the politcal threads - that's great. On Tuesday I was preparing to put the stuff up - but believe me - after the day I had then - no one would have wanted to see what I had to say. I felt it better to hold off.
If people are so pissed off with this being late - you can PM me. I am sorry - but I have a life, contrary to some people's opinions on this board.

No problem JD... post as you're able. Anything from me has only been intended as playful chiding and expectant antici...
...pation! We look forward to your post whenever you're best able to get it up. If we tease you a bit because it's late... well, you'll just have to live with that maybe! You did a great job with the other though, and I'm sure you'll do as well with this one. Don't take any of this to heart... I don't think anyone is seriously p-o'd.

Azalea:
If there is no line of people waiting, I would like to do assignment #19. Book III, ch. 5: The White Rider. If Tuor of Gondolin has a change of heart, then I do not wish to take this away from Tuor.
