Okay, I'm just looking at the completed quote that Val posted.

"way" is correct, "Oi" is not. That was Legolas or some other elf, if I remember correctly. It's a regular word there.

Okay, so just to be ethical, I will tell you this:
My husband caught me trying to solve this and told me "I have a surprise" and looked up where the quote came from. LUCKILY, I figured it out before I read any of it and closed the tab. However, he did tell me the speaker out of spite and so I can't guess the speaker. Stinker.

"I came returned from the Northern Fences,
and I am sent now to be your guide again.
The Dimrill Dale is full of/_a_o_r/and/c_o_d_/of/s_o_e/,
and the/_o_n_a_n_/are/_r_u_l_d/.
