My Facebook account has been disabled. I'm not mad because I suddenly have to live without it, but I am really mad that I have no idea what I could possibly have done to have my account disabled!!

I just don't get it. I go there, I post my status. I talk with people on the chat thingy. My brother thinks that a certain estranged friend is crazy enough to have reported me to FB out of spite. But why would FB be that arbitrary in disabling accounts?

Tess,

I'm sorry to hear about all the crap you've been going through. The texting thing....ergh. Just the kind of thing I hate.

That sucks, Tessar. It's no fun to hear gossip about yourself.

Seems like most companies have arbitrary reasons for doing the things they do. That is pretty weird though. Did they give you any sort of warning, at all? I've heard of Youtube doing that kinda stuff before, and it sorta sounds like the girl from New York who got arrested for doodling some words on her desk in class, not to mention she is only 12. Next thing we hear, just breathing more than you should on a particular day of the week could get you deported!!!

What the heck, world?!!?!?? >.<

I tried to make pancakes this morning, and failed EPICLY. I think I made about three edible ones out of the whole batch (and even those were a bit iffy) and ended up throwing away like... five or so. They either burned, didn't cook all of the way through, or the OUTSIDE burned and the INSIDE didn't cook all the way through.

Pancakes are like... the easiest thing to make EVER. E-V-E-R. I've made them tons of times before and never had a problem. I checked the heat, I checked the batter.... I tried lowering the heat, raising the heat, watering down the batter.... nothing. ARGH.

Awww. That sometimes happens to my puddings. I've made it hundreds of times before but sometimes it just goes horribly wrong. *hug* Next time will be better ^_^

Try watching Julia Child at work. I find that usually solves most cooking problems, whether or not she's cooking anything remotely similar to what you're cooking; just her aura makes me cook better.

I lost my favourite Christmas present from last year - a warm, really comfortable scarf. And today when I was determined to go and see if I could find it, I forgot my gloves on the metro.
Brrr... It seems I'm destined to freeze the remainder of the winter. On the positive side, I still have my winter cap (which I will now hold on to for dear life!).

Hector, a long, long time ago, before I disabled my Facebook, there was a time when I had been suspended for having too many chat conversations. I had to resort to messaging. It seemed like a dumb idea and I didn't understand it, other than the fact that maybe they realized FB was addicting and decided to try to remedy what they'd done to me. But that doesn't seem to apply in your situation.

So... after a three hour rehearsal last night, I just had a dream that woke me up about BEING IN REHEARSAL, but worse because the director was unhappy with what we were doing, and because all of the members of the church choir from my job were there critiquing what we were doing and they kept asking me why I didn't have a lead role with an accusing tone or saying that I should have one, and my cast mates kept glaring at me because of it.

Now I'm about to try going back to sleep, which I need because tomorrow is a looooong day. School, rehearsal, church service, choir rehearsal after the service....

Don't get me wrong, it's all fantastic. I'm just annoyed about my dream. Stupid dream-people critiquing me. Who do they think they are?!

EDIT: I just realized... tomorrow is gonna be a super rehearsal filled day. O_o I have a 1 1/2 hour choir rehearsal, then a three hour late-afternoon rehearsal, then probably an hour to an hour and a half of rehearsal after the service. That's like.... 6 hours of rehearsal in one day, not including school and stuff. Daaaaang.

*sigh* Sometimes expectations and stigmas make change very difficult.

I love this opera, and I'm so excited to be in the ensemble, but I'm so paranoid about making mistakes. It wasn't so bad when we were rehearsing every few nights, but now that it's been every night for over a week I just... urgh. It's stressful.

I remember once upon a Mid-Summer's Night Eve I was once active here. It's time for that to start happening again. I've just been bogged down by all kinds of things - work, helping my wife with the kids as they're yapping and talking already, and we have to watch what we say around them, and a third kid is set to be born this September, and as for free time, I still am doing some side-jobs for web design mostly for the fun of it, participate in one other RPG besides this one (both of which are going very well), and I've been trying to get less camera shy so I've been making some videos I had intended to throw on Youtube but haven't yet. The 3 feet of snow didn't help matters the past three weeks, and we are likely to get 3 to 6 inches more. Fortunately, much of the snow has already melted and for the first time in over a month and a half, I can see the surface, and the grass, and it is good.

Sooo... what's your vent? It sounds like you've got quite a good thing going on, except for maybe being busy.

More snow coming soon, and wind, and power outages probably. That would be bad! Not that bad, but still not enjoyable!

Okay, so let me rewrite that for you

So though I've been (pleasantly) busy, it wasn't too bad and now I'm going to post this in the Happy thread and post a comment about the bloody expected inches of snow in the Venting thread.
There. How is that?
I like your new sig by the way. It's too funny ^_^

I AM SO FREAKING SICK OF HAVING NO SINGING VOICE FROM ALLERGIES AND OF PEOPLE WHO JUST SCREAM THEIR LUNGS OUT AND DIRECTORS WHO WONT TELL THEM TO SHOVE A #$%(#)ING SOCK IN IT.

Oh, and of people who wont $#%)(ing stop talking during classes, during rehearsals, during choir practices, and just generally will never, ever stop talking. ARGH.

Today I have just been so completely, irrationally angry at people for doing all of the above, and for whatever reason everyone else today has been really laying it on thick. I am just so sick of it I could punch a couple of them in the face. Not even kidding. It has been so hard to keep a smile on my face today rather than telling them to go put it where the light doesn't shine.
