That's three different pronounciations of my name so far. If we ever meet and you lot call be by my screen-name I might not even understand it.

Oh, they seem pretty similar. Or we could just call you by your real name, but then you STILL wouldn't know who we're referring to given that there will probably be 3 other people with the same name floating around.

At least people could just call me Lin, I wonder how you all pronounce 'Linaewen'?

Tradition means giving votes to the most obscure of all classes, our ancestors. It is the democracy of the dead. Tradition refuses to submit to the small and arrogant oligarchy of those who happen to be walking about. ~ Mercutio... erm, GK Chesterton.

It's lin-AI-wen, the ai is pronounced as German, (English 'eye'), the rest is straightforward, I think. I think the ae is Sindarin.

Janny-

Jan rhyming with pan
Ny rhyming with me

That's with a German soft J, right? Everyone English pronounces it with a hard J. That's so annoying!

Bitte, bitte.

Ach ja, ich kann mich daran erinnern.
Nicht viele Leute lernen heutzutage noch Deutsch. Ich würde es auch nicht tun - viel zu schwer.

Doch! Deutsch ist leicht! (But I know I make loads of mistakes!) It's really similar to English, especially old English.
I'm only writing in English because my vocabulary lacks in many places!

Zum erste, glaube ich, das ich einen 'du' bin! (If that's even comprehendable!)
Ist das so 'vroom' wie 'warum'? Warum, weil es leicht ist!
Wie habe ich gesagt, ich kann mit meiner Schwester und Mutter deutsch sprechen...
