'they' is correct - and 'at the' - but not 'outset' - so currently:

"Turgon, Turgon, remember the Fen of Serech!
O Turgon, will you not hear in your hidden halls?
Even so they /h_s_e_/ in Serech at the /_u_s_t."

When I posted, I thought about not adding that third line, since his train of thought shifts slightly leading into it... but I went ahead, so now you're stuck with it!
