I have my ears peirced and I no intention of getting anything else.
Guys with any piercings are a major turn off for me.

Tatoos, in general, are ugly, especially when you're older. And I don't like the idea of something permanently stamped on my body. It would have to be something of special importance.
I just don't think it looks decent.

my friend Ian has "not all those who wander are lost" tatooed up his arm.
i don't have any peircings myself, but i think that they look dead sexy on certain individuals.
oh, one more thing to add.. lip rings are definitly cool in my book.

I love tatoo's. I have 2, and one of them is my avatar. My tonge is done also. Belly button too. My husband finds it sexy, and so do I. I don't find sleeves attractive, or whole backs, but I do like certain artwork appealing.

I have no tatoos. Not that I'm against them, but I think that first of all... none of them look cool enough for me to want them permanent on my body and second, I think it would have seriously kept me from getting my current job if I had any that were visible. So, if I ever find a cool design that i want permanent it would be in a place that is not visible to anyone unless they were intimate with me.

As far as guys with tatoos, it depends. I've seen some stupid ones. And I've seen some that were cool. But for the most part, if your whole arm is covered, that is too much IMO. And not very attractive.

(Maybe I should get a tatoo that says: slippery when wet )

Peircings? I'm not interested in anything other than my ears and maybe navel. But nothing else. Too painful. I'm not into pain.

Just to point out that tattoos are no longer with you for life (yeesh folks, this it the 21st century ) "permanent" tattoos are easily and painlessly removed these days (although it does take several sessions to remove coloured tats)..........do you honestly think that folks would get single needle work done if they could'nt be removed????

(and the good news is that if you live in a country that has comprehensive free health service.........you can get them removed for no expenense )

It really isn't all that painful at all - I think the belly would probably be more ouch than the eyebrow was, mebbe not, but I'll see - my friend has convinced me that we have to give each other bellyrings (so I'm going along with it for giggles - haha, she agreed to get a tattoo with me in exchange )

I wouldn't want my taxes going to remove someone's tattoos. If they had the thing put on - they should pay for the removal. What a waste of tax dollars.

OK, this is where I draw the line Cry Baby! the site has caused a bit of a discussion at a forum for tattooers etc, check it out (especially the gallery) - no-one could figger out if it's a joke or not, as there are no phone numbers at any of the addresses, but it seems real enough (deffo if ye look at the pics - they're crying for gods' sake!) - if it aint a joke it's probably the most f*cked up thing that I've ever seen

I got it down to a couple of different piccies............gotta have a couple of chats with a couple of different tattoo artists now, see what will work well/what they feel most comfortable working with etc.

I wanted the guy who did me dolphin tat five years ago to do me new one...........trouble is that he's moved shop and I can't find the bugger

I've seen piccy's of that guy in seatle before......beautiful work, shame he's on the wrong side of the world.

There are some good guys in yer neck of the woods too.......seen some nice stuff by a guy in Nottingham (I think it's there )

Wot's the guy's name?

Yeah, the Seattle oke is damned good. There's one in Vancouver that also does excellent work, but not as good as this one. And a woman in London - her stuffs bloody fine too.

*damn, I wish I could do my tat now, but I need to wait for Sam*

What's that supposed to mean? CBG did not train me my dear. I was trained at SF-Fandom, Michael Martinez' site where I moderate. Moderated there before Entmoot. SF-Fandom is much more strict. A few of you wouldn't have lasted a day without being banned there.

Back to the topic. TNW's tatoos are very tastefully done. Her brother did them. He is a professional tatoo artist. His work is superb.
