Ahhhhhhh!!! Sorry! I seem to be getting a lot of these 'Go to a thread and reply ALREADY!' kind of PMs. Looks like I'm falling behind.
Okay, um, hint. Well, I hope it was an okay quote to pick, now that I'm thinking about it, but....
HINT:

You never see the face of this 'actor' in the movies. He does, however, appear very often.

Another year's gone by, and I was thinking once again,
How can I take this losing hand and somehow win?

Just give me One Good Year To get my feet back on the ground.
I've been chasing grace; Grace ain't so easily found
One bad hand can devil a man, chase him and carry him down.
I've got to get out of here, just give me One Good Year!

Grey ship, grey ship, do you hear them calling,
The voices of my people that have gone before me?
I will leave, I will leave the woods that bore me;
For our days are ending and our years failing.
I will pass the wide waters lonely sailing.
Long are the waves on the Last Shore falling,
Sweet are the voices in the lost Isle calling,
In Eresëa, in Elvenhome that no man can discover,
Where the leaves fall not: land of my people forever!”

Is it the Indian guy who was Elijah Wood's "mini-me"? The funny guy who can't swim! It has to be him! But I can't remember the name..

Help me!

I'm so sorry.. I thought I'd go to this thread and check who I was supposed to scream at for taking suh a long time to continue, and I noticed that it was me. So now I've been yelling at myself for some time.

Here's the quote:
"But then there was always porridge. So I think I kept everyone healthy on set."

"Tolkien was writing about a different world, a different land, a primitive land and a primitive time in history. New Zealand - breathtakingly beautiful - just perfect for that."

Wow, Vicky, that's a great quote, whoever said it!

I'll guess that it was said by John Rhys-Davies. (but it's just a guess...)

And welcome to Entmoot, by the way!!

Honestly, I scare myself sometimes...!

Here's a quote for you, then: (This shouldn't be too hard... )

"The ups are they're [Hobbits are] wonderful characters to play because they're so honest, they're such honest creatures.

It's almost like playing a human being but without all the cynicism and the negativity. A hobbit, if he's happy, will laugh, if he's sad he'll cry.

There's something really nice about being an actor and being allowed to do that, it just feels really free."
